Will I need a Visa to travel to the UK from overseas?

What if my ticket does not scan on the day of the event?
In the event that your ticket does not scan at the bridge scanning location, you will be referred to the Ticket Office where staff will assist you further.

Where is the Ticket Office located?
The Ticket Office is located on the Southeast of the Stadium Island, access is via a dedicated ticket office lane on Bridge 5.

What time can I enter the stadium?
London Stadium will open three hours before the first pitch, 3.00pm BST (local London time) on Saturday June 8 and 12.00pm BST (local London time) on Sunday June 9. Entertainment, including food and beverages will be on offer throughout the day.

Is there parking available?
There will be no general parking at the stadium. We recommend all ticket holders use public transport. 

There will be limited parking for Blue Badge holders. Event day Blue Badge parking passes will be issued on a first come first served basis. Those ticket holders wishing to apply for a Blue Badge parking pass should do so through London Stadium’s website here.

The exact location, directions and opening hours of the Blue Badge parking area will be confirmed when booking. Visitors purchasing Blue Badge parking will be contacted closer to the event, to gather details such as car registration and Blue Badge number. Can I bring a pram/stroller?
Strollers and prams may be brought and stored at the venue, at the owner’s risk. For locations of where you can store prams click here. Scooters, skateboards and any other transport favoured by our youngest fans are not permitted at London Stadium and there are no facilities to store these items outside the venue.
