All tickets will be issued as Mobile Digital Tickets. Tickets will be issued approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.
Each ticket doubles as a hospitality suite entry pass.
GET READY FOR YOUR TICKETS
Hospitality tickets will be accessed through the TX.IS app.
In preparation, please ensure you install the app from the App Store or Google Play, run the app and click Sign Up to register (if you don’t receive the verification email, please check your spam folders).
Please make sure you register with the email address this email was sent to, which is directly linked to your tickets.
If you have already created a TX.IS account with a different email address, please change it to the email address that you contacted CSM Hospitality with. In the app: Settings > Change Email.
Once you have completed the sign-up process, your account will be ready to receive tickets.
You will receive an email from email@example.com when your tickets have been transferred to your account (approximately 2 weeks prior).
As the main point of contact, you will be sent all tickets to distribute to your guests directly.
Once you have received your tickets in the TX.IS app you then need to transfer these to each of your guests via the app.
Here's how to do this:
1. On TX.IS, within the ‘Ticket Wall’ tab, click into your tickets (swipe anywhere beneath the green banner to view each ticket), tap the Transfer button on the ticket you want to send to a friend.
2. Enter the details of the person you want to send the tickets to, or press 'Contacts' and select the details from your phone.
3. Click 'Email Ticket' and the recipient will receive an email explaining how to get the ticket.
If someone has sent you a ticket using a different email address, ask them to take the ticket back and resend it to the correct address.
On game day have your mobile fully charged and ticket showing the QR code ready to be scanned.
