All tickets will be issued as Mobile Digital Tickets. Tickets will be issued approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.
Each ticket doubles as a hospitality suite entry pass.
GET READY FOR YOUR TICKETS
Hospitality tickets will be accessed through the TX.IS app.
In preparation, please ensure you install the app from the App Store or Google Play, run the app and click Sign Up to register (if you don’t receive the verification email, please check your spam folders).
Please make sure you register with the email address this email was sent to, which is directly linked to your tickets.
If you have already created a TX.IS account with a different email address, please change it to the email address you used to book your tickets with. In the app: Settings > Change Email.
Once you have completed the sign up process, your account will be ready to receive tickets.
We also suggest your guests sign up for the app, so you can transfer the tickets to them once they have landed in your account.
You will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org when your tickets have been transferred to your account (approximately 2 weeks prior).
As the main point of contact, you will be sent all tickets to distribute to your guests directly.
